"No Show" Passengers

"no-shows" are the of passengers who have booked seats and do not present themselves for their flight.
please let us know as early as possible if you know that you will not be able to travel. In this case, we can then offer your seat to another customer who otherwise would be unable to travel.

To minimize the effect of "no-shows" and enable our seats to be used by passengers who otherwise would not be able to travel on their chosen flight, Salam Air may overbook services.
Whilst Salam Air makes every effort to provide seats in the confirmed reservations, no seat is guaranteed.
Salam Air operates compensation schemes for passengers who are unjustifiably denied carriage because of non-availability.

Denied Boarding

In the event of flights overbooking, there is a slight chance that some seats will not be available on a flight even if the reservation is already confirmed.
In most circumstances, if you are denied boarding involuntarily, you are entitled to compensation. When required by applicable law, the carrier must solicit volunteers before anyone is denied boarding involuntarily.
If you have any questions about our overbooking or denied boarding compensation policy, please visit our feedback page in our website www.salamair.com/contactus.
